THE I RENOUNCE MOVEMENT · FOR STUDENTS AND CAMPUS COMMUNITIES
HELP STUDENTS TURN PRESSURE INTO PURPOSE.
The I Renounce Movement helps students identify the limiting beliefs and internal narratives they have come into agreement with, renounce what no longer deserves to define them, and replace those beliefs with healthier thinking, intentional choices, and a renewed vision for who they can become.
BRING I RENOUNCE TO YOUR SCHOOL
BUILT AROUND THE ROOM
THE BEHAVIOR MAY BE VISIBLE. THE BELIEF BENEATH IT OFTEN ISN’T.
Every school sees the behaviors. Disengagement. Pressure. Conflict. Fear of failure. Comparison. Low motivation. Students who have stopped believing that change is possible.
I Renounce goes beneath the behavior to help students examine the beliefs that may be driving it. Before the engagement, Caleb works with school leadership to understand what students are facing so the experience can speak directly to the narratives, pressures, and patterns showing up in that specific community.
What the audience may be carrying
- Beliefs formed through rejection, failure, comparison, family circumstances, bullying, difficult environments, or past experiences
- Pressure to perform while privately believing, “I’m not enough,” “I’m too far behind,” or “I’m going to fail anyway”
- Labels they have accepted about their intelligence, identity, worth, potential, or what kind of future is available to them
- Behaviors and choices being influenced by deeper beliefs such as “Nobody cares,” “Nothing will change,” “I don’t belong,” or “This is just who I am”
What the experience can invite
- Recognition of the difference between what happened to them and what they began believing because it happened
- Language for identifying the beliefs and internal agreements influencing identity, behavior, relationships, and decisions
- An opportunity to intentionally renounce limiting narratives and replace them with healthier beliefs about themselves and their future
- A practical next step that connects a new belief to new choices, new behaviors, and forward movement after the experience ends

BRING THE MESSAGE HOME
YOUR AUDIENCE DOESN’T NEED ANOTHER SPEECH. THEY NEED A MESSAGE THEY CAN CARRY HOME.
Bring Caleb Jakes and the I Renounce Movement to your school, college, campus, or youth community for an experience that helps people identify what has been shaping the way they see themselves, renounce the beliefs that have been restricting them, and leave with language, choices, and practical next steps they can carry far beyond the room.
